About the role You will be primarily responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing function for a portfolio of brands in the PeopleIN Professional Services Division, initially prioritising the Halcyon Knights (Tech and IT recruitment) and Perigon Group (Finance and Corporate Services) brands. You’ll also collaborate regularly with the wider Group Marketing team sharing insights and aligning strategies to support Professional Services brands. Develop and execute sharp, insight-led B2B client and B2C candidate marketing initiatives across multiple brands Create highly engaging content, including thought leadership for senior business leaders Lead whitepaper development that cuts through and connects with the right audience Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, social and database channels Get hands-on with copy, campaigns, optimisation and execution - this is not an oversight-only role Work closely with engaged business leaders who believe in the power of marketing Collaborate with the wider Group marketing team on key Group initiatives About you This role is suited to a self-starter who’s comfortable owning the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as developing long-term strategies. Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media & communications, or related field 5 years’ experience in developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns Strong B2B marketing experience; you know how to market to decision-makers Proven ability to turn strategy into action and measurable outcomes Excellent content and copywriting skills, with a clear, confident point of view Experience running digital campaigns, thought leadership and longer-form content Commercial mindset; you understand how marketing supports growth Comfortable working at pace across multiple brands Strong design skills (Canva) System experience Knowledge and understanding of CMS platforms CRM experience, e.g. Salesforce Facebook Manager / LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics Email and webinar platforms Design (Canva)
