Role Overview
Our network of regional workshops support our clients to maximise the efficiency, productivity and safety of their operations.
The success of our operations is founded on a team based approach to projects and you will have the chance to work together with, and support a range of qualified tradespeople to be successful on all projects.
Responsibilities
You will be a part of the team that forms and pours concrete slabs, footings and walls for various jobs as required in both mining & infrastructure environments.
You will also drive the maintenance of a secure and healthy workplace and ensure that all work is in accordance with industry best practice.
Skills and Experience
Experienced in all aspects of pouring and finishing concrete slabs, footings, walls and similar structures
Previous exposure to an engineering or mining setting in concreting roles
Experienced in surface and underground installations
Able to Interpret drawings and read survey stakes to establish appropriate grades
Able to set formwork and reinforcement from simple to complex structures
Ensuring that worksites are prepared for concrete footings and concrete forms are assembled in certain locations
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Able to pass Medical and Drug & Alcohol tests
Ability to work in remote locations
Current WA drivers’ license.
A HR License would be advantageous, although not essential
