Duties
* Attend the Supreme Courts and courts of summary jurisdiction as at all locations in the state and assist in the effective presentation of criminal prosecutions.
* Co-ordinate the briefing of witnesses, their attendance at court and organise the availability of exhibits in court in support of criminal prosecutions.
* Compile, vet, and file documents such as indictments, notices, Crown Papers and arrange service on defence counsel and defendant.
* Undertake a wide range of clerical and administrative duties to support the efficient and effective delivery of services by the Director of Public Prosecutions including opening and closing files, archiving files, coordinating video links, assisting witnesses to complete witness expenses claims, and binding documents.
* Prepare reports on the results of criminal cases and arrange for the preparation of reports and other documentation required by the Supreme Court and the DPP
* Maintain database by ensuring timely and accurate data.
* Undertake other appropriate administrative duties as assigned.
