Job Title
A challenging role has become available for a Customer Success Manager to join our national Graphic Communications team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience, from initial client contact through to onboarding and ongoing account management.
* Work closely with the GC Specialist team to identify opportunities, review account health and fulfil the sales cycle
* Collaborate with internal Commercial, Legal, Sales Operations, Billing, and Pre/Post Sales Teams to support the GC Sales Specialists from inception to deployment
* Review account performance with the GC Specialist team through data and market insights to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies (including Sales Plans) to increase customer retention and engagement
* Manage account enquiries to ensure a Customer Happy Experience (CHX) is delivered
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven Inside Sales or Customer Success experience, preferably within a technology environment
* Strong CRM and MS Office skills, including MS Excel and Web Presentation tools
* Superior organisational and multitasking skills
* Great track record in managing customer expectations
