About the role
Within this role you will play a key role in the development and delivery of the Continuous Improvement program which aims to improve public education.
You will be responsible for:
1. Preparing communications in collaboration with key Stakeholders to share outcomes and areas of change.
2. Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions and maintain Continuous Improvement plans.
3. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of data, tools and processes to add more value across the program
4. Supporting the development of improvement initiatives using a range of methods
Skills and Experience
5. Experience within a Project Management based role.
6. Ability to undertake research, collate data and interpret information to identify what works and areas of improvement.
7. Advanced communication skills in organising briefings, collaborations with stakeholders and share accurate and up to date findings.
8. Ability work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines.
Essential requirements of the role
9. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant disciple and/pr equivalent experience
10. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
