About the role
Mackay City Auto Group is seeking a talented Ford Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mackay, Queensland. As the Ford Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Ford dealership, overseeing all aspects of the sales operation. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and rewarding automotive environment.
What you'll be doing
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise customer acquisition and retention
Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to customer delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service
Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
Ensure the dealership's compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations and standards
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, preferably in the Ford brand
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decisions
Thorough knowledge of automotive industry regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
