Our client seeks a highly skilled Investment Banking Associate to support the execution of wide-ranging strategic M&A mandates. The team has a strong track record of executing complex cross-border and domestic transactions for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and run comprehensive financial models and conduct extensive financial analysis.
* Analyse, evaluate, and synthesise information effectively.
* Conduct thorough company and industry research.
In this role, you will refine core investment banking skills, laying a solid foundation for long-term success and positioning yourself to originate and lead your own transactions in the future.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in M&A investment banking.
* Bachelor's degree with a proven academic record.
* Advanced financial modelling skills.
* Strong knowledge of M&A products and deal structuring.
* Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality presentations.
