Based onsite at a complex in Mooloolaba, you will be managing a close-knit team of 6 staff to monitor performance, ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and that everything is running as efficiently as possible, along with new business duties.

**The Position**:
- Guide, mentor, and train 6 employees in the Property Management department 
- Monitor performance and set KPIs 
- Conduct meetings and 1 on 1's 
- Ensure everything is running as efficiently as possible 
- Maintain and nurture owner relationships 
- Onboard new managements 
- Leasing duties 
- Monday to Friday only 
- No after hours call outs 
- Generous base salary + super + comms!
