Glenview Construction is a growing WA-based civil construction and concreting company delivering quality outcomes across infrastructure, energy and resources projects. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in East Perth.
This role is open to full-time or part-time applicants, with flexibility for the right person.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in managing accounts payable functions and supporting the smooth operation of our finance and administration processes other administrative work may be necessary at times.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets
* Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships
* Preparing payment runs and reconciling accounts
* Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* General administration support as required
About You
* Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience with accounting software (Xero)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
