About the role
This challenging role involves delivering front-line security services including:
* Access control, patrols, vehicle and bag searches
* CCTV monitoring, speed checks, drug and alcohol testing
You will also coordinate and deliver site inductions for visitors, short-term personnel and truck drivers, monitor high-security areas and activities, manage remote travel journey plans from the gatehouse, operate and maintain security systems, and investigate and report security breaches with confidentiality and professionalism.
About you
* Certificate II in Security Operations
* Current First Aid certification
* Previous security experience in mining, particularly underground or gold operations (highly regarded)
* Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills
* A commitment to safety, confidentiality and professionalism
