Your Mission
Drive growth and success within your territory by representing PropertyMe as the preferred solution for real estate agencies. Engage with potential clients, build partner relationships, collaborate with industry bodies, and provide expert advice and solutions.
Responsibilities
* Achieve or surpass sales targets monthly
* Qualify leads and identify customer needs
* Prospect daily for new business opportunities
* Demonstrate product value through presentations and discussions
* Participate in industry events
* Report weekly on sales activities
* Maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline
* Provide feedback for product improvements
* Share insights on regional legislative changes
What You Bring
* Proven sales success and ability to meet targets
* Experience in prospecting and network utilization
* Ability to work autonomously
* Knowledge of PropertyMe's culture and strategy
* Minimum 3 years in technology sales or property management
* SaaS and Proptech experience preferred
* Real estate/property management experience is an advantage
* Willingness to travel as needed
