Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth across multiple business streams
* Lead and support a small, high‑performing sales and service team
* Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
* Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all sectors
* Manage reporting, forecasting, and performance targets
What you'll need
* Current driver's licence
* Proven background in vehicles, equipment (material handling preferred), machinery, or trailer sales
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving targets
* Understanding of sales, hire, and after‑sales service processes
* High Risk Forklift Truck Licence (preferred)
