We're seeking a driven and dynamic Executive Business Manager — a high-level operator who thrives on making complex systems run smoothly. You'll work alongside the CEO of DRM Group of Companies, playing a pivotal role in aligning client activity, operations, and strategy across a growing group of businesses in accounting, tax, mining, and business advisory.
This isn't just admin — it's executive enablement. You'll become the CEO's right hand: translating vision into action, ensuring follow-through, and holding the operational rhythm of multiple business units. It's a flexible, remote-first position with real influence, ownership, and visibility.
What You'll Do
Operate as the CEO's trusted partner across business operations and strategic follow-through.
Manage the execution of business priorities across multiple entities with oversight and precision.
Own end-to-end responsibility for client workflows, team coordination, and internal accountability systems.
Coordinate lead generation, warm follow-ups, and client onboarding steps
Act as the CEO's operational extension — anticipating needs, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring all moving parts are aligned.
About You
Commercially sharp – You bring a Business or Commerce degree and/or 5+ years in high-performance EA, coordination, or operations roles, ideally in professional services
Professional services experience – Exposure to accounting, consulting, or other service-based industries is highly regarded.
Detail-oriented with pattern recognition – You absorb and retain detail, connecting dots quickly.
Strategic thinker – You anticipate needs and solve problems with context and initiative.
Confident communicator – Personable, polished, and excellent at client interactions.
Bonus skills – Experience in Xero, mining, or marketing is helpful but not essential for a quick learner.
Driven and adaptable – Your attitude, integrity, and ability to flex with change are what matter most.
Independent yet collaborative – You love autonomy but value team culture and shared purpose.
