About the role:
* Based @ Avondale Heights Care Community
* Permanent vacancy
* Coordinate and deliver education to our clinical and care teams
* Provide assistance to the Care Manager in delivering of educational programs in the Care Community
* Facilitate orientation and mandatory training across departments
* Conduct competencies
