Occupational Hygiene and Health Safety Expert Required
Illawarra Mercury seeks a highly skilled professional to fill this senior lecturers position in Occupational Hygiene and Health and Safety.
About the Position
This role will contribute to teaching, research, and community engagement in the occupational health and safety program at the University of Wollongong. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative and high-quality teaching, as well as conducting collaborative research projects with academic colleagues, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
* Develop and implement world-class research and teaching programs that meet TEQSA and professional accreditation standards.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment strategies that promote effective learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a doctoral qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, certification as an Occupational Hygienist (COH), and a proven record of delivering innovative teaching in tertiary or professional education environments.
Key Responsibilities
