Details Skilled Nursing is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join the Clinical Operations team in Brisbane, on a 9-month fixed term contract. In this leadership role, you’ll be at the heart of early-phase clinical trials, ensuring excellence in clinical practice, participant safety, and team development. The Position As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the oversight and daily operations of the clinical unit. Responsibilities - Supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to protocols, ICH-GCP, and SOPs. - Lead training, mentorship, and performance development of nursing staff. -Oversee clinical procedures, participant care, and emergency management. -Coordinate clinical unit resourcing, bed planning, equipment maintenance, and supply logistics. -Serve as a communication bridge across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless study execution. -Foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement. Describable - At least 5 years post-graduate nursing experience. - Knowledge of ICH-GCP and early-phase clinical trials. - Venepuncture and cannulation skills. -Training in emergency response and cardiac resuscitation. Essential Criteria We’re seeking a strong leader with a passion for clinical research and patient care. The ideal candidate will have: - Registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (AHPRA). - Demonstrated experience supervising clinical teams. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Proficiency in clinical procedures and documentation in line with study protocols. - A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across functions.
