Introduction Hybrid role available in Melbourne or Sydney Rapid Circle is a Microsoft Partner of the Year and one of the few globally delivering Copilot and Azure AI outcomes at scale. And now, we're looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our sales capability across ANZ – covering both project-based transformation and managed services. This is a player-coach role, ideal for a senior sales leader who thrives on working directly with clients while building and mentoring a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in helping clients unlock that value while shaping the next phase of our growth - accountable for sourcing new business, shaping long-term client value, and helping organisations use Microsoft technology to solve problems, improve operations, or create new revenue streams. Description Key Responsibilities Actively lead and close strategic opportunities, including multi-year managed services and cloud transformation programmes Identify and shape new business opportunities, particularly where clients are looking to modernise platforms, increase agility, or unlock new value using AI and Microsoft Cloud Grow a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring long-term success Coach and support the sales and account team in pursuit strategy, pricing, solution alignment, and executive engagement Partner closely with the Managed Services Lead to embed AMS in new deals and drive recurring revenue growth Collaborate with Microsoft to co-develop and co-sell solutions, leveraging partner programs, incentives, and market plays Drive rigour and discipline in pipeline hygiene, qualification, and forecasting using Dynamics and standard sales processes Qualifications Proven track record in sourcing and closing complex B2B services deals, with a mix of new client acquisition and account growth Strong understanding of cloud platforms, digital transformation, and managed services operating models Commercially astute with experience structuring both fixed-price and recurring commercial models Effective communicator with the ability to align technology solutions to business priorities and executive outcomes Hands-on leader with the ability to coach others, drive accountability, and lead by example Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and co-sell practices is highly desirable What we can offer Competitive salary and benefits Vibrant offices and exposure to your global peers Team and company-wide social events, both in person and remote Work with our multi-disciplinary teams to deliver transformative solutions for our customers Work/life balance is respected and lived throughout the organisation Family friendly, including paid parental leave Learning and development opportunities Our Values Our behaviour and decision-making are guided by our core values: People Making Impact - We act with purpose, building trust and creating lasting, positive change for our communities.
