Aon is looking for a Private Client Account Executive.As part of an industry-leading team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day account management and broking of complex personal insurance programs for affluent clients and families, helping empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our APRM group.This position is virtual; the ideal candidate would reside on the East Coast.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
We are united through trust as one inclusive team, passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look like :Manages an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with portfolios of varying size and complexity.
May also include Group Excess Liability programs.
Work to build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing and prospective clients.Leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk needs, retaining and growing a profitable book of business.
Promotes the value that Aon delivers through superior service, pricing, consultation, and reporting.Brokers and maintains required insurance policies and risk-management solutions on behalf of clients.
Conducts annual reviews ahead of key renewal dates.Coordinates all client-related billing matters, maintains aged receivables reports, and works with Client Services and the assigned Coordinator to process changes and client requests promptly.Maintains awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters, assists in negotiating equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients, and engages internal and external resources to empower results.Achieves assigned annual revenue growth and retention metrics; supports growth through rounding of accounts and new-business production.
The time-service standard is returning a phone call within 24 hours and responding to email by the end of the day.Develops and maintains meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients, referral sources, and colleagues, staying informed about all carrier partner products, services, and systems.
Fully utilizes the internal client-management system to maintain policies, client correspondence, coordinate billing, and manage client-related tasks.Achieves assigned transparency, disclosure, and compliance goals, fostering innovative solutions to drive success for clients.Skills and experience that will lead to successProperty and Casualty Broker's License required.Appropriate insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, AFIS or ARM completed or in process are preferred.3–5 years of high-net-worth personal insurance experience required.Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.How we support our colleaguesWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, encourage an inclusive workforce, and provide a flexible, agile environment that supports wellbeing and work/life balance.All colleagues enjoy two "Global Wellbeing Days" each year, opportunities to focus on self, and a range of working-style solutions.
