Enterprise Change Management Initiative Lead
This role oversees large-scale change management initiatives across the organisation, focusing on corporate transformation. Key projects include office relocation and implementing a new project management system.

The Role
Work within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to coordinate and enhance the organisation's portfolio change management function and enterprise change management capabilities.
* Design and maintain change management tools and support infrastructure
* Establish and manage a database to track change impacts and develop strategies for mitigation
* Position the e PMO as trusted advisors and build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Provide tailored change management guidance and facilitate the transition of changes into business-as-usual operations
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in Enterprise and Corporate Change Management in a government environment. You'll also come from a background working in a PMO or an e PMO.
