We're looking for CDP and Commis Chefs who are passionate about all things cooking, with a good working knowledge of kitchen operations, Asian cuisine and order of service, along with a deep appreciation of quality food and proven knowledge of production and cooking techniques.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the execution of all daily culinary operations.
2. Ability to thrive in a busy high-volume, high-energy kitchen environment and can manage multiple tasks with ease.
3. A proven track record in a high-quality commercial kitchen.
4. Demonstrate professional culinary & food safety skills and qualifications.
5. Display a highly motivated and pro-active attitude, act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
6. Multi-task and demonstrate excellent time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
7. Prepare all mise-en-place requirements and food required by the Senior Chefs on duty.
8. Maintain a clean, safe working area at all times.
9. Comply with all Hotel Policies and Procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant occupational Health and safety procedures including a knowledge of HACCP.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
11. Innovative and creative approach to cooking.
12. Experience with Asian cuisine.
13. Thorough understanding of food safety requirements.
14. Hold appropriate qualifications in commercial cookery.
15. Thrive in a busy, team environment.
16. Be a good communicator and open to sharing feedback and ideas.
17. Flexible with working hours including weekends.
