We are seeking an experienced medical secretary/receptionist to work in a specialist cardiology practice.
Main Responsibilities:
* Front desk reception with meet and greet
* Handling all phone calls and enquiries in a timely and friendly manner
* Billing and receipting of patient accounts
* Booking of medical procedures at hospitals and liaison with staff
* Working closely with visiting doctors to the practice
* Maintaining accurate records and updating test results, referrals, and patient information
* Maintaining office tidiness and consulting room organisation
Required Skills:
* Prior experience in private medical rooms
* Strong administration skills
