Responsibilities
- Outbound telephone marketing based lead generation and appointment setting. Follow a script, introducing a company's service to prospective clients, asking a few qualifying questions, handling objections and closing for an appointment or sales meeting on behalf of our client.
- Capture the relevant details and log these in an online software system called a CRM. All training will be provided.
- This is a working remotely opportunity.
Details
- Salary: $32.31 per hour plus 11.5% super ; some campaigns may also have a bonus structure.
- Type: Casual/Temporary/Part-time with potential to build to 5 days per week.
- Typical schedule: 2.5 days per week to start, with options to work up to 5 days per week; evenings are available from time to time.
- Location: Brisbane City, QLD; remote work setup required.
Qualifications
- Outbound calling experience (charity calls, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales calls). B2B focus, not B2C.
- Sales experience in business development is advantageous.
- Australian resident or valid work visa.
- Skilled tone and clear, articulate communication; strong English language skills and understandable accent.
- Intermediate computer skills with CRM usage; typing speed 20–40 words per minute.
