General Labourers – Multiple Construction Projects (Wollongong Region)
We are currently seeking experienced General Labourers to join our teams across a range of active construction projects throughout the Wollongong region.
Location: Wollongong and surrounding areas Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: Minimum $35/hour + travel allowance
Key Responsibilities:
As a General Labourer, your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with general duties
- Operating and maintaining hand and power tools
- Site clean-up and waste removal
- Manual handling and material movement
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Basic demolition and strip-out work
- Erecting and dismantling temporary fencing and signage
- Supporting concrete pours and formwork preparation
- Assisting with landscaping and external works
- Following site safety protocols and reporting hazards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid White Card
- Proven on-site labouring experience
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Commitment to safety and compliance
