Occupational Therapist – Thrive Medical (Broken Hill, NSW)
Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + super + relocation assistance + benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Thrive Medical. While you'll work across the lifespan, this role has a strong focus on supporting adult clients through evidence-based assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation.
As part of our collaborative team, you will:
* Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions for adults with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial needs.
* Deliver services under compensable schemes such as NDIS, DVA and Medicare.
* Support clients to maximise independence in daily living, community participation, and work-related activities.
* Work closely with GPs, other allied health team members, and care services to provide holistic, client-centered care.
* Contribute to innovative service models, including group programs, outreach, and telehealth.
