Key responsibilities
* Supports the Integration Implementation on validating requirements by conducting module test, integration test for the new system functions
* Executes test plans and validate test cases based on customer requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.
* Implements and monitors test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the customer requirements.
* Identify and assist in remedying defects to ensure customer requirement is met during the testing process and is fully functional
* Support the hyper care after system/business go live by doing investigation on customer complaints and product issues
* Follow the Agile/Scrum methodology
We are looking for
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
* 8+ years' experience in technology or business analysis positions, or experience from Technical support roles is preferred
* On-hand Experience of Agile/Scrum Methodology and JIRA system is preferred
* Analytical skills with ability to think logically and in structured approach
* Can effectively communicate with internal business users in both the business and technical setting
* Self-motivated and able to drive effective collaboration virtually and remotely;
* Fast Learner
