IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver desktop and server support across Windows and Linux platforms
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors) and software
• Provide Office 365 support including Outlook, Exchange, and mailbox management
• Manage Active Directory tasks (user accounts, mailbox provisioning)
• Perform hardware break/fix, upgrades, and diagnostics
• Support physical and virtual environments (VMs, servers, desktops)
• Handle network fault diagnostics and root cause analysis
• Install and configure printers; manage deployments and disposals
• Execute complex software installations and troubleshoot application issues
• Offer desk-side and remote support with a strong customer service mindset
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
* 1+ year in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles
* Proven experience in fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 7, Linux, and other OS platforms
* Hands-on experience with Office 365 and corporate IT environments
* Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange administration
* Ability to build and upgrade PCs with solid diagnostic skills
* Experience supporting both standalone and networked systems
