BMGS is seeking a Learning Enrichment Educator to join our Senior School Learning Enrichment Team. This is a permanent part-time support role based primarily at our Wentworth Falls campus, working closely with teachers and the Learning Enrichment Team to support students with additional learning needs. The Learning Enrichment Educator provides in-class assistance to students, including team-teaching alongside classroom teachers and offering targeted support, scaffolding, and guidance to identified students.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-class support for students with significant additional learning needs, including assistance with online learning programs.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to support differentiated curriculum delivery where appropriate.
* Support the organisation and maintenance of Learning Enrichment resources.
* Meet with relevant staff to discuss student progress and effective learning strategies.
* Participate in parent–teacher interviews for students receiving specialist Learning Enrichment support.
* Observe students in classroom settings and contribute to the review and revision of student learning profiles.
* Assist in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the Learning Enrichment Team and parents.
* Assist with collecting, collating, uploading and maintaining documentation for NCCD compliance.
* Maintain accurate records and reports relating to Learning Enrichment support and activities.
* Participate in professional development and regular consultation with the Learning Enrichment Team.
About You
* Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience supporting students with additional learning needs in a secondary school or similar educational setting.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A positive, flexible and professional approach, with the ability to follow policies, procedures and established workflows.
* Current Working With Children Check, or ability to obtain one
