We are seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Hands to join our fast-paced, dynamic kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone eager to support our growing culinary team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food preparation and service. You will play an important part in delivering quality meals across daily college dining, boarding meals and special functions and events.

Your main responsibilities:
* Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic.
* Handle dishwashing, waste disposal and stock rotation.
* Keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
* Assist with stocking supplies and preparing the kitchen for daily service or school functions.
Your attributes:
* Highly organised, able to work efficiently, adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, service and hygiene.
* Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work flexible hours including morning, evenings and weekends as required.
Your experience:
* Previous work in a kitchen, café, restaurant or catering environment is an advantage.
* Familiarity with food hygiene, safety and cleaning standards.
* Efficiently managed dishwashing, waste disposal, and stock rotation to maintain kitchen standards.
* Working in fast-paced or team-oriented environments.
* Any exposure to catering kitchens is a bonus but not essential.
