Payroll Management Expert Sought
We are looking for a seasoned payroll professional to join our team in either Melbourne or Sydney. This role offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks governing payroll operations.
Develop, document, and implement controls, audit processes, and generate necessary payroll reports.
Review payroll procedures to ensure they align with industry standards, laws, and regulations.
Analyse systems, processes, and structures to identify errors and recommend improvements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and HR Managers to manage payroll concerns and issues.
Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll operations and/or auditing.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulatory requirements.
Ability to interpret relevant legislation, awards, and compliance guidelines.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Payroll operations experience within the financial services sector.
Familiarity with Workday would be beneficial.
Experience in managing remote teams will be highly valued.
