Rural Clinical School Full‐time, Permanent position
Base salary will be in the range $77,545 - $82,218 + 17% super (HEW Level 4). Located at Rockhampton Hospital.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinating facilities and student accommodation support: maintenance requests, routine inspections, stakeholder liaison and health and safety compliance.
* Delivering high‐quality administrative and reception services, including meeting coordination, event logistics, record‐keeping and financial administration in line with University policies.
* Supporting the Clinical Skills Program through equipment preparation, stock monitoring and coordination with Clinical Skills Educators and supervisors.
* Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and well‐organised learning environment by supporting onboarding, inductions and continuous improvement across facilities and operations.
Qualifications & Experience
* A relevant diploma or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience, with demonstrated capability in administrative or facilities‐based roles.
* Proven experience coordinating facilities, accommodation or building operations, with the ability to manage maintenance activities and stakeholder enquiries effectively.
* Strong organisational skills, enabling the management of competing priorities, deadlines and operational demands while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to liaise professionally with students, staff and external providers.
* A solutions‐focused mindset, supported by sound problem‐solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated adaptability, reliability, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small, service‐oriented team.
