About The Role
* Manage all the maintenance for the property managers
* Liaison with Owners, Tenants, Contractors, and Property Managers
* Ensuring direct and prompt communication is happening to all parties
* Update relevant records
* Respond to emails promptly
* Responsible for leasing when required
* Work within a team to share ideas, while being well supported by the Head of the Department
* Travel as required to properties
Skills And Experience
* Previous experience as either an assistant property manager or a property manager is ESSENTIAL
* Current Property Management Registration is ESSENTIAL
* Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
* Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
* Computer proficient, willing to learn new systems
* Ability to work autonomously
