The Role:
* As Sales Support, you'll empower our Business Development Managers to drive broker engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily support to BDMs in managing broker relationships, pipeline activity, and post-settlement services
* Assist with onboarding new BDMs
* Assist broker communications, event logistics, and follow-up from meetings or webinars
* Prepare reports, presentations, and lending summaries to support BDM initiatives
* Liaise with credit, settlements, and customer service teams to resolve broker queries and ensure a smooth application process
* Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to campaign execution and tracking
* Deliver a proactive, solutions-focused approach that supports broker satisfaction and business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a support, sales coordination, or lending administration role is essential (ideally in finance or non-bank lending)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Exposure to broker networks, aggregators, or loan processing is a plus
