You’ll be the glue for our small, high-performing team, and the one who sets the business up to scale. You’ll extract the CEO’s strategic vision and lock it into daily operating systems, team rhythm, and commercial outcomes. This is a 12-month full-time role, with a clear 8-month contract-to- impact runway. We’re open on structure - fixed-term employment or fractional contract -but it’s fully on-site, deeply embedded, and hands-on.
