Part Time, Permanent

About the Role

Echuca Regional Health is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee and guide our Supply Warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career while playing a hands‑on leadership role in an organisation that values strong operational practices and fosters a supportive, team‑focused culture.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively
* Work closely with the Purchasing & Inventory Supervisor to support daily supply operations
* Manage rostering, staffing allocation and assist with recruitment and performance reviews
* Oversee stock handling, distribution and maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment
* Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested


Qualifications / Experience Required

* Physical capacity to undertake manual handling
* Demonstrated experience with computers and software programs
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Advanced communication skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
* Experience coordinating small teams in a professional environment
* Experience working in a supply, logistics and warehousing
