The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, ensuring a balance of creativity and cost-effectiveness.
2. Plan and coordinate special events and functions, catering to customer preferences and operational feasibility.
3. Manage inventory levels and financial records to maintain efficient operations and financial accountability.
4. Ensure dining facilities meet health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and an inviting ambiance.
5. Engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring high satisfaction levels with meals and service.
6. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of both kitchen and service staff, fostering a productive work environment.
7. Assist in reservations, greeting guests, and supporting order-taking during peak hours as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in hospitality and/or management.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
