The Role
KU Kogarah is looking for a bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join the team on a parental leave cover contract. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with KU. The contract runs from mid‐April to the end of September 2026 and will see you working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a monthly rostered day off.
Requirements
* Relevant experience
* An ACCEQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
* Active NESA Teacher Accreditation
* Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
* Current Working with Children Check
* Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
