As a Registered Nurse you will work in partnership with a number of individuals and professionals to ensure the health & clinical needs and informed choices of residents are met, as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services Southport.

Things that work for us:

Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential

2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded

Must be available to work on a casual shift basis with availability to work AM, PM and Night Duty

Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills

Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records

Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)

NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
