The Successful Applicant A successful Engineering Team Leader should have:
A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
CPENG status or equivalent preferred.
Proven leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of energy and natural resources projects, with a focus across the HV engineering sector.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive and solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
