The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing RCM’s growth strategy. This is a hands‑on leadership role with personal sales targets and responsibility for building scalable systems, processes and team capability across new business acquisition and customer expansion.


Key Responsibilities

Growth and Market Development

* Drive new business sales and strategic market penetration
* Develop commercial strategies informed by market intelligence

Sales Operations and Performance

* Implement disciplined sales processes and performance metrics
* Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting

Leadership and Team Development

* Build, coach and lead a high‑performing sales team
* Foster a culture of accountability and results

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

* Collaborate across the business and with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver seamless client experiences

Governance and Brand Representation

* Uphold compliance standards and represent RCM’s values in all engagements


What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

* 7–10+ years in B2B software/SaaS sales with proven success
* 3–5+ years in sales leadership (hiring, coaching, performance management)
* Strong negotiation and value‑based solution selling skills
* Advanced CRM proficiency and analytical mindset
* Business acumen with ability to interpret industry trends and connect to strategy and execution

Nice‑to‑Have

* Experience in car rental, mobility, fleet or travel tech sectors
