We are seeking a Strategic Change Manager to join our newly formed Corporate and Institutional Transaction Banking (CITB) Strategy & Transformation team. As a key member of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for driving strategic change and partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-impact outcomes.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that position us as the leading provider of CITB services in Australia. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions that drive growth and improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing business challenges and developing strategic solutions
2. Partnering with senior leaders to implement change initiatives
3. Driving process improvements and efficiency gains
4. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a strategic change management role
* Proven track record of delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
