Job Opportunity:
Seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our project delivery team. In this hands-on role, you will ensure that project hours, timesheets, and cost allocations are accurate and timely.
* Coordinate day-to-day project administration to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
* Support timesheet collection, hours tracking, and capacity planning
* Assist with ERP project setup, variations, and data maintenance
* Process client purchase orders and close-out documentation
* Maintain project records and quality assurance documentation
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide daily support to Engineers and Project Managers
* Identify and implement improvements to project processes and systems
About the Role
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a project coordination or administration role (engineering or construction preferred)
* Strong understanding of project time allocation, cost tracking, and resource planning
* Experience with ERP or project management software (Primavera, Unifier, or similar highly regarded)
