About this role

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position as an Account Manager. As part of our growth engine, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction among small business clients across all technology platforms.

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be to develop deep customer relationships, managing and growing your own defined portfolio of accounts. This role is critical to maintaining strong customer relationships that grow revenue across our business customer portfolios.

You will apply your excellent relationship building and organizational skills to deliver the following responsibilities:

* Manage relevant customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and sales objectives for the defined portfolio.
* Contribute to implementing the segment and portfolio strategy to support the retention and growth of customer portfolios.
* Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities, responding to queries, and escalating complaints and leads to more experienced team members as required.
* Collaborate with peers, team members, and key stakeholders to support the identification and qualification of leads.
* Participate in customer initiatives such as developing and maintaining relevant account and portfolio plans that support ongoing relationship development and contribute to the achievement of financial and customer targets.
* Meet individual and team sales and performance KPIs.
* Upskill and develop capability and knowledge across our portfolio of products and business solutions.

Requirements

* Demonstrated ability in ICT or Telco Sales roles.
* Understanding of our SMB customer base.
* Proven experience in warm calling and engaging with potential candidates or clients.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
* Sound knowledge of how channels work and a strong understanding of the market.
