Ear Nurse (Registered Nurse) / Audiometrist / Audiologist
We have a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Audiometrist, Audiologist, Student Audiologist, or Audiometrist to join our team based in Devonport, working at Tasmania's premier Microsuction Earwax Removal Clinic in Tasmania. Pristine Hearing (Comfort Clean Ear), though relatively young, is a thriving audiology clinic with an experienced team and a well-established client base.

Responsibilities
You would need to :
1. Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
2. Remain calm and level-headed under pressure.
3. Have experience in administration and customer service.
4. Take ownership of responsibilities and work collaboratively.
5. Quickly learn new systems and technologies.
6. Be proficient with computers.
7. Experience assisting patients or family with hearing aids (not essential).
8. Be willing to learn microsuction earwax removal and provide immediate relief to patients.
9. Be willing to upskill to assist with hearing assessments and aid fittings, or see patients independently, depending on your qualification.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and a tidy workspace.
11. Possess a caring and compassionate demeanor.
12. Have at least 3 years of work experience with a previous employer.
13. Deliver exemplary patient care and maintain positivity in challenging situations.
14. Be willing to travel to our Launceston site at least once a week (driver's license required).
Ideally, you would be available to start in early to mid-May.
If an Audiometrist or Student Audiometrist, membership of HAASA is required.

Training will be provided across Devonport and Perth, with a commitment of at least 2 years. Training in Perth may involve up to 3 weeks, followed by 1 week of training in Devonport.
