We’re working with a well-established, multi-venue pub hospitality group in Brisbane, known for its strong community presence and high-energy venues. With multiple brands within the group, the business is now looking to bring on a Marketing Coordinator ready to step up, someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day function while gradually growing into a broader Marketing Manager role. This is a hands-on, in-venue role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action, creating content, and building campaigns from the ground up — not just overseeing them. The Role You’ll take ownership of marketing execution across all venues, working closely with ownership to bring ideas, events, and campaigns to life. Initially, the focus will be on delivery and structure — but there is clear scope to grow your involvement in planning, campaigns, and overall direction. Key responsibilities include: Building and managing a forward marketing and events calendar Creating and scheduling social media content across multiple brands Producing in-venue marketing collateral (posters, signage, screens, etc.) Ensuring all venues are consistently updated with current content Capturing and producing photo/video content during live service Supporting campaign rollouts for key events and seasonal moments Assisting with EDMs and database communications Supporting (and developing into) paid media across Meta and Google Over time, there is an opportunity to take greater ownership of campaigns, planning, and brand direction. About You You’re currently operating as a Marketing Coordinator (or similar), and feel ready for the next step — but haven’t yet had the opportunity to fully own a function. You’ll bring: Experience in marketing within hospitality, events, or a similar environment Strong content creation and social media management skills High proficiency in Canva (non-negotiable) A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities and brands A genuine interest in stepping up into a broader marketing role Exposure to paid ads (Meta / Google) or campaign planning is advantageous, but not essential — what matters most is your willingness to learn and take ownership. The Opportunity This role is designed as a genuine step-up opportunity. You’ll start by owning execution and bringing structure to the function, with the support of ownership — and as you build confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to: Contribute to campaign ideas and planning Take ownership of marketing direction across venues Grow into a Marketing Manager-level position over time You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team in a business that values initiative, creativity, and people who want to grow with it. Package $80K – $100K super, based on skill set and experience. Performance-based incentives, paid as a quarterly bonus. Clear pathway into a Marketing Manager role
