About the roleAs part of the Bathroom Life team in Osborne Park, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.Your day to dayA typical day will involve:Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phoneAssisting customers choose the perfect bathroom productsCreating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phoneUsing our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to lifeVisiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationshipsKeeping the showroom running smoothly and safelyWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customersMight not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and growIs comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systemsWants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
