We are seeking experienced Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and motivated Kitchenhands to join our dynamic culinary team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across premium game-day and non-game-day functions. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work across high-profile events, including AFL matches and exclusive corporate functions throughout 2026 at GMHBA Stadium.
About You
We are looking for passionate, self-motivated culinary professionals and team members who take pride in delivering excellence on every plate.
What we are looking for:
* Proven leadership in high-volume, high-end kitchen environments (for Sous Chefs and CDPs)
* Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality and creativity
* Enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic (for Kitchenhands)
* Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced team
* Commitment to food safety and delivering outstanding experiences
Chef Requirements:
* Trade qualifications (Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery)
* Sous Chef or CDP level experience
* Food Safety Certificate
* Experience in large-scale function dining and corporate catering
Kitchenhand Requirements:
* Prior kitchen experience preferred but not essential
* Willingness to assist chefs and support kitchen operations
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
