Restoration Project Manager
This role oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring an accurate scope of work and preparing estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and negotiate project scopes and estimates with clients.
* Schedule and coordinate crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
* Review job site documentation to support services provided and ensure proper client requirements.
* Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, and vendors.
* Manage production expenses and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Enhance the customer experience through online reviews and feedback.
* Provide priority response to potential customers and clients.
