About the role This is a senior national sales leadership role responsible for owning and driving the commercial growth engine of a market‐leading hospitality equipment business operating across Australia.Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a multi‐territory national sales team and personally close major, high‐value transactions. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‐on selling and requires deep understanding of long‐cycle, consultative hospitality equipment sales.You will establish sales structure, cadence and discipline, build a high‐performance culture, and create predictable revenue growth across multiple industry verticals including hospitality, aged care, institutional, accommodation and investor‐led developments.DutiesLead, structure and coach a small sales team with scale to growSet and own sales targets, KPIs and revenue forecastsWin and close high‐value hospitality equipment opportunitiesBuild pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy through CRMDrive new business across priority industry verticalsProtect pricing and margin through disciplined deal structuringOwn key national and strategic customer relationshipsDevelop and execute national sales strategy aligned to growth plansPartner with service and operations teams on solution deliveryGrow aftermarket, consumables and service‐based revenueSkills and ExperienceSenior sales leadership experience in hospitality or cleaning equipment, or other similar machineryProven success in long‐cycle, consultative B2B sales environmentsExperience leading multi‐territory or national sales teamsStrong commercial acumen with margin and deal disciplineBackground selling into hospitality, aged care or institutional sectorsCRM proficiency and data‐led pipeline management capabilityWillingness to travel nationally to win and lead major dealsBenefitsCompetitive salary with performance incentivesNational role with location flexibility (East Coast)Influence and visibility at leadership and board levelOpportunity to build and scale a national sales functionWork with a premium product and strong market reputationAbout the business This is an established, privately backed Australian business operating nationally within the hospitality / cleaning equipment sector.
