About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Receptionist to join the dynamic team at Her Tourism Enterprise in Cairns City, Queensland. As a full-time Hospitality Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front office.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Handling all front desk duties, including check-in/check-out, reservation management, and responding to inquiries
* Providing concierge services, such as making restaurant recommendations and booking activities
* Assisting with luggage handling and providing guidance to guests
* Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
* Effectively communicating with the hotel's housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
* Demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service at all times
What we're looking for
* At least 1 years of experience in a similar hospitality receptionist or front desk role in REI Master / REI Cloud software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant computer applications
* A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
