We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join our casual team in **Sunshine Coast**. With a variety of shifts available, you have the flexibility to design your schedule while experiencing the best of the hospitality industry.
**The Position**
- Craft high-quality coffee with passion and precision, ensuring every cup delights customers.
- Provide warm and engaging service to students, teachers, and staff.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to create a welcoming café experience.
**The Person**
- **Experienced Barista** - minimum **2 years** of experience, including expertise in **Latte Art**.
- **Barista Certificate (required)**.
- A warm, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a fun, fast-paced team.
- Able to obtain a **National Police Check** and **Working with Children Check**.
